Amber Moltzer
A self confessed all round fitness junkie, I am a Functional Fitness Trainer based in the Rodney District. North of Auckland, NZ. I have been in the fitness industry for most of my life, starting out as an aerobics instructor back in 2001.
I am now a functional fitness coach working with a wide range of clients including, NZ television personalities, stay at home mums, professional athletes, along with the weekend warriors. My passion lies in creating healthy athletic bodies that work and are strong and functional.
I particularly enjoy working with clients on a personal level, encouraging them to push their limits. My favourite moment in a workout is seeing a client smile at their achievement. It’s the excitement they feel from doing something physical that they didn’t think they could accomplish. It’s a great feeling to be involved in that.
I absolutely love my life, my business, what I do, helping myself and vibrating back to help and educate others.

I started my bodywork / fitness industry journey as a massage therapist in a busy physiotherapist practice in 2001. This is when I first participated in a Pilates matwork class...and fell in love with Pilates.
Qualifying to teach a few years later, I gained experience through working with some amazing Pilates and fitness instructors, which led me into various gym and Pilates studio environments, teaching classes, small groups and one on one. Having an absolute passion for pilates/core/functional wellbeing work, I have recently expanded into fitness instructing and Personal Training.
I am a busy mum with three boys, and understands time constraints and obstacles faced when embarking on a journey to health and wellbeing.
I am completely committed to helping make exercise and health fun, rewarding and an essential part of life.
